At Noah’s, we have time for you!
Fleas are most active during August, September, and October. We have effective and safe oral and topical flea control products. Don’t wait until you see a flea to begin treatment to prevent fleas. Please call and we will be happy to guide you to the best product for your pet and your situation. Flea control products work in various ways and address various problems. Your situation may call for a unique product. A trip to your veterinarian may be the best way to help and may save you aggravation and money wasted on the wrong product. If your pet has fleas now, be sure you treat through December or you may have flea eggs hatching in your house when your furnace comes on.
We have a new vaccine designed to prevent periodontal disease. We will be glad to mail you a brochure or you are always welcome to stop by. The following breeds are at highest risk for periodontal disease: Toy poodles, Standard poodles, Yorkshire terriers, Maltese, Pomeranians, Shetland sheepdogs, Cavalier King Charles spaniels, Papillons, Dachshunds, and Havanese. These pets need careful monitoring of their oral health to prevent expensive and extensive problems. Pets who come for routine periodontal care, receive fluoride treatments, cleanings, and careful exams of their mouth and gums. Prevention is always less expensive than treatment.
