Kaitlin
I chose to become a veterinary technician because I have always felt deeply for animals. I wanted to be able to care for them and provide a voice for those who can't speak. One of my most important jobs is to provide a positive experience and keep our patient's comfortable, as well as providing client education. I try to live by Ghandi's words, 'Be the change you wish to see in the world.'
I have Four dogs - Apollo, Xena, Dixie and Mickey.
Kaitlin became part of the patient care team at Noah's in 2015. She is a registered veterinary technician and is our Patient Care Team Leader, providing client education and caring for outpatients and hospitalized and surgery patients. She also is vital in the Floor Coordinator position. She became Fear Free Certified in 2021.

“I’ve always had a passion for helping animals in need! I also love the science that goes along with knowing how the animal body functions. It can be a puzzle at times, but I enjoy assisting our veterinarians as they fill in the missing pieces. My goal with every patient is to make sure they’re as comfortable as they can be. Coming into a place with so many different smells can be quite overwhelming.
I try to look for the positive things in life. There is no reason to dwell on things you cannot change.”
Katie came to Noah's originally as a veterinary assistant in 2013. After completing her certification exams, she became an RVT. She serves in multiple ways in the hospital, including anesthesia, surgery assistance, patient care, pharmacy, and even on the front desk! Her family includes her husband, Melvin, daughter, Josie, and pets Gabby, Mittens, Bruno, and Crazy Taz.

“As the practice manager, I get to draw on two of my other passions, teaching and coaching, to lead and develop our team. I believe in positive attitude, superior effort. I enjoy finding new ways to serve our clients better and improve the efficiency and operations of the clinic. Having more effective operations allows the staff to do what they do best – give caring, compassionate, focused care. One of my biggest joys is hearing someone in the community say they received great care for their pet from us.”
Matt holds an education and math degree and Master’s Degree in Education. He teaches in the Elkhart Community Schools system and has coached in several capacities throughout his tenure there. He became the financial officer for the practice in 2009 and transitioned to being the full time practice manager in 2014. Besides teaching and coaching, you will also find Matt spending time with family, and maintaining his bass fishing and golf skills.

Jen
"I have been working with and caring for animals since I was a young child. I enjoy helping animals when they are sick and injured, and educating pet owners that have animals as part of their families. I do my best to interpret each patient's body language to help reduce their stress so that each visit to the clinic is pleasant and safe for both the doctor and the patient. I also try to efficiently gather information about the presenting problem of each patient so the doctor can efficiently diagnose and treat the illness or problem."
Jen has been a member of the Noah's team since 1986. She moved away for a few years, but returned in 1995 and has served as a veterinary assistant since that time. She has a young daughter and adult son, and she has made it a point to raise them around animals, reptiles, and insects so they understand the responsibilities for caring for animals. She hopes they in turn will pass this love and information on to their children some day.

Link
In 2011, we welcomed Link to the Noah's family. He provides the staff with well timed head butts and lovins as well as act as general supervisor for unloading of boxes and filling peanut butter containers for the exam rooms. He is a link to our clients, especially the kids. He is a character, and only having three legs has never slowed him down. He enjoys watching the comings and going from his throne in the hub and never passes up an opportunity to play with his toys or beg for dental treats.

I have had an affinity for animals all my life. Everything intrigues me about every pet I meet. I chose to start from the ground up in vet med. I started as a kennel attendant and quickly moved to veterinary assistant. I have now had over 20 years experience and am currently at the front desk caring for clients and putting my knowledge to use triaging patient and client needs. My goal is to make sure everyone is treated fairly, honestly, and has a great experience from beginning to end!
Tracy joined the Noah's team with several years experience under her belt. After working with us for over 13 years, she took some time away for other pursuits, and then rejoined the team in 2019. She shares her home with her husband, a 3 legged black leg named Lilly, and a squad of cats all ranging from 1-12 years of age. Tracy likes to live by the Golden Rule, and wants to make the world a safe place for us and our 4 legged friends.
