Matthew Windy
“As the practice manager, I get to draw on two of my other passions, teaching and coaching, to lead and develop our team. I believe in positive attitude, superior effort. I enjoy finding new ways to serve our clients better and improve the efficiency and operations of the clinic. Having more effective operations allows the staff to do what they do best – give caring, compassionate, focused care. One of my biggest joys is hearing someone in the community say they received great care for their pet from us.”
Matt holds an education and math degree and Master’s Degree in Education. He teaches in the Elkhart Community Schools system and has coached in several capacities throughout his tenure there. He became the financial officer for the practice in 2009 and transitioned to being the full time practice manager in 2014. Besides teaching and coaching, you will also find Matt spending time with family, and maintaining his bass fishing and golf skills.

Erin
I chose veterinary medicine because I enjoyed caring for animals and
wanted to work somewhere that uses high quality medical care for all
animals. My goal is that both client and pet are well taken care of and
they leave happy and satisfied. My family includes my husband, our son,
Lucas, two dogs, and a cat.
Erin has been with Noah's Landing since 2006. She has served in almost
every role in the hospital over her time and is currently our Floor
Coordinator and Co-Practice Manager, handling the daily operations and
client and patient flow throughout the hospital.
